- Initial Development
- Assistance in developing a detailed list of proposed scope of programs and services to be conducted at the Facility.
- Assessment and verification of economic viability based on physician interest.
- Assistance in developing program and services space requirements and plans.
- Assistance in developing initial schematics for space and facility design.
- Assistance in establishing the equipment requirements for the Facility and assistance in purchasing such equipment, including utilization of national contracts if cost savings would result.
- Evaluation of site and space options and recommendations for the Facility.
- Financial planning, identification of potential sources of capital, and, if requested, assistance in securing commitment of capital.
- Facility Development and Design
- Assistance in the supervision of site preparation and utilities work.
- Provide or contract for supervision of construction process, including construction administration.
- Assistance in the furniture, fixtures and equipment (“FF&E”) bid and purchase process.
- Assistance in the management of interim construction invoice submittal and payment process.
- Development of purchasing, receiving, storage, and staging plans for FF&E.
- Assistance in the monitoring of construction compliance to licensure requirements and coordination of submittal activities with appropriate state authorities and offices.
