US Doctors Molecular Management (USDMM) provides the full suite of services for urology group practices to install an in-office PCR laboratory. USDMM has assembled a highly skilled team to assist or fully execute every function of the many action items necessary to attain ‘live-testing’ of both chronic, reoccurring urinary tract infections as well as pre-biopsy rectal swabs.

The addition of this laboratory within the urology office is excellent medicine and a significant benefit for the patient. Live UTI PCR testing utilizes an initial 23-organism identification panel. With a percentage of the patients testing positive, additional testing is performed with a UTI 15 antibiotic resistance panel. The rectal swab testing also utilizes the same resistance panel. Of course, the identification is unnecessary.
